It is possible to experience the same moment more than once, and it is a startling effect that challenges our ideas of responsibility. Could I or should I have done something differently? What would have happened then?
Déja vu is generally understood to occur when we move into a higher energy state of being, such as in an astral dream, and we experience a scene that has yet to move down into the physical. Thus we may catch the same scene again in more detail when we've woken up in our next denser body. Such phenomena help to demonstrate that our choices will manifest in increasing detail and form, into "lower" and "lower" worlds.
We should never get hung up in self-blame for what we may have foreseen but didn't think we could avoid, for many self-compassionate reasons. (1) we are still learning, (2) we can't underestimate how our increased awareness alone may have already helped to ameliorate the scene, and (3) nothing is written in stone for anyone - everyone else had just as much opportunity to improve the courses of events as you. While events may fall from the higher realities like rain from heaven, down onto us "here below", we also each hold tremendous influence at every level, and we have many powerful friends to boot - so never be afraid to ask for help or dare to "defy" what was "preordained". If you can visualize a better outcome or solution, it will be possible starting from somewhere in order to meet up with the present "just in time".
Like precognitions, travel back in time is also an illusion of sequence which is really indicative of the situations that belong together because of mutual influence (likes attract like). There is no great danger or paradox in meeting yourself from your past (sorry Hollywood) - in fact, it is meant to happen frequently, so that you can confer from more than one perspective and make increasingly aware choices for the stream of events that will shape your life and mood.
The goal in time-transcending experiences is to set free the joyful creativity of your soul to
do its better work. So dare to imagine what improbabilities of sequence but probabilities of belonging might set you free, in order to increase your experience of hope and the realness of love. Then be open to the feedback of many gifts and influences from the "multiverse", which is a universe of many yous and your time-spanning friends!
