 | Ethel Le Rossignol | |

|
In channeled art, the deceased spirit JPF depicted his world from 1920 to 1933 through his living friend Ethel Le Rossignol. The images came through after Ethel experimented with automatic writing, and they take us on a tour from JPF's entry into the spirit world, through his learning and rising to higher and higher levels that became increasingly psychadelic and accompanied by densely esoteric descriptions. Ethel returned to being an ordinary artist after the last painting, and public interest was intense but shortlived; her brother privately published a book of them called "A Goodly Company", and the paintings now reside at the London College of Psychic Studies. This middle period painting shows spirits aspiring to be the guides for humanity that come down from the higher levels. |

First pencil sketch from spirit JPF, of the "spirit house" where potentially traumatized spirits of the recently departed enter to be met and comforted by many spirit friends. Huge windows in a vaulted hall, "light of wisdom" pouring in. |

"The Power of Thought" early drawing by spirit JPF depicting a popular past-time of spirits in which they practice mental architecture on the astral plane, willing columns and more into existence by thought alone starting from whorls of energy in their hands. |

"Consummation", the final of 42 works from spirit JPF through channeling artist Le Rossignol, showing the out-stretched arms of the loving master ruling over the many unified realms of incredibly detailed and symbolic imagery. |
